Our surveyor will examine the lodging as part of the inspection:
- Is free of hazards classified as Category 1 and 2 by the 2004 Housing Act.
- Has reasonable structural integrity.
- Is not deemed to be statutorily crowded by the Housing Act of 1985, Part X, and has enough room for both the present occupants and the applicant.
- Is devoid of any issues that might endanger public health
